Country Restrictions

The following countries we are NOT allowed to pay due to the Federal Trade Commission. These countries may only use their earnings for ads. Any payout requests from these countries will be denied and earnings placed back into your account:

Albania
Angola
Bosnia
Burma
Cote d'Ivoire
Cuba
Iran
Iraq
Liberia
Libya
Macedonia
North Korea
Serbia
Sierra Leone
Sudan
Syria
Zimbabwe

Please DO NOT REQUEST PAYPAL PAYOUT if your country is on the following list. This comes directly from Paypal and we must comply with their terms:

Open the above link and scroll to the bottom of the page. In the last box are the countries we are NOT ALLOWED TO PAY via Paypal.

These restrictions come directly from PayPal and the Federal Trade Commission. It is out of my hands as we must comply with their terms.
